APS Architectural Design can produce detailed schedules of work.

Schedules of work can often form part of a tender submission or can be used by a building contractor to assist in understanding the scope of works and in turn enabling the contractor to accurately price a construction project.

A schedule of works can also be submitted to the local authority planning department as part of an application listing works to satisfy a planning condition. A schedule of works will comprise of clauses of work ranging from foundations to mechanical and electrical services with an additional column to enter the costs for each clause. A schedule of works that typically forms part of a tender submission can also have additional sections which outline the type of building contract to be used and also describe site conditions and client requirements, this is useful for tender submissions.

We asked Andrew to design a modern functional new sea side property he came up with a truly wonderful design, spacious and light.

Even though we were 250 miles away it was very easy to communicate and he gave a very personal service, with help all the way through the design process, planning consent and assistance with build issues.

We were concerned about being able to extract the maximum from the site,

Andrew managed to get a two tier building on the plot and sea views.

It is our dream house.
