APS Architectural Design can issue a PCC (Professional Consultants Certificate) for newly built residential properties.

This is assessed on a case by case basis. APS would need to have designed and fully monitored the works associated with the proposal. It is essential that all works carried out are in strict accordance with approved plans and consents.
