APS Architectural design can liaise with Local Authority Building Control on your behalf and submit a Full plans building regulations application.

Building Regulations set the standard for health and safety along with peoples well being within building and construction projects. APS will work up approved planning drawings to include detailed structure.

In addition detailed structural sections will be produced along with a Building Regulations specification which will identify all structural components, levels of insulation, finishes and method of construction.

Occasionally special documents are required to support a Building Regulations application, these items are often conditionally approved as part of the approval. APS Architectural Design works closely with a network of professionals to satisfy these conditions. These items can be as follows:
