APS Architectural Design was established in October 2002 and is directed by Andrew Scholes BA (Hons) Arch MCIAT.
APS Architectural Design is an office based practice in Cardinham on the edge of Bodmin moor, clients can visit the office to discuss design ideas and project options. APS has worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects ranging from £50,000-£1,000,000 in contract value.
APS Architectural Design offers a bespoke Architectural design service from inception to completion, ranging from design, planning and Building Regulations to Contract administration, monitoring the construction phase through to final completion.
Wherever possible we try to incorporate Cornish materials, services and labour within our designs and projects and we will make every effort to complete our projects on time and keep you up to date with progress.
