It is unlikely that additional services from professionals during the preparation of Tender documents and Contracts will be required. However the following professionals may be required.
Quanitity surveyor: Quantity surveyors may be required during the Tender phase more complicated projects to assist with the pricing of projects to in turn help evaluate tender submissions from Contractors
Chartered Building Surveyor: In the unlikely event that a dispute occurs during the construction phase. A chartered Building surveyor will be contacted prior to the Tender submission to check whether they are able to assist if such an event takes place.
