It is advisable to leave selection of other professionals to your Architectural Designer as they can select professionals that they are comfortable working alongside. Your designer should advise you within the initial stages of the project the additional professionals required and the fees likely to be incurred.
Certain sites have unique characteristics and depending on their location may require specialist reports and professionals to carry out Surveys. These are often needed to accompany a Planning Application or to assist with a Building Regulations Application.
